The Revista de El Colegio de San Luis publishes scientific articles and critical reviews. It is published by El Colegio de San Luis A.C. with institutional funding and is, as of July 2020, a continuous publication.              

INITIAL SCREENING

— The initial screening process takes approximately one month from the date the manuscript is submitted through the OJS platform.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

— The peer review process takes approximately six months from the date the manuscript successfully passes the initial screening stage.

PUBLICATION PROCESS

— The publication process takes approximately 12 to 18 months from the date the manuscript is submitted.

Submitted manuscripts and their appendices must be uploaded through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) online journal management platform. Authors must therefore create a user account and complete the submission steps indicated on the platform. All authors are required to provide their ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) to avoid confusion between authors with identical or similar names.

— The minimum waiting period for an author who has previously published in our journal to submit another manuscript is one year.
