Abstract

A poster is a graphic summary of the advances or results of a particular research project and as such presents a relatively new way of scientific communication. This essay offers some general guidelines to create a poster that meets the standard requirements, both in its form and content. We also give a few suggestions about the proper poster presentation during the event in which it is accepted.
