Abstract
One of the problems that most political science, from the second half of the last century, has been is the satisfaction of the demands and interests of citizens. Under the shelter of the comparativista stream is built a series of schemes to explain (in) ability of the political systems to give adequate attention to the problems arising in complex contemporary societies.References
